Customer Responsibility

When submitting artwork, logos, graphics, trademarks, or character designs to us for custom patch creation, you confirm that you either own the legal copyright/trademark or possess explicit written permission from the owner to reproduce the design. Atlantic Patches assumes no legal liability for trademark or copyright infringements resulting from unauthorized user-submitted artwork.

Restricted Content

We strictly reserve the right to decline or cancel any production request that we reasonably suspect of infringing upon active registered trademarks, brand emblems, military insignia without proper authorization, or copyrighted characters.

Ownership of Custom Artwork

All custom artwork, vector redesigns, and digitized embroidery files created by Atlantic Patches remain our intellectual property until the corresponding invoice is paid in full. Upon full payment, you hold the unrestricted right to reproduce and use the custom physical patches. We love celebrating your creativity!
